This Privacy Policy explains how LittleDev ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the SoundDash mobile application (the "App"). SoundDash is an English-learning app that helps you learn through videos, subtitles, vocabulary, and speaking practice.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
SoundDash offers paid subscriptions and one-time purchases. Payments are handled by trusted processors and the platform stores:
We do not collect or store your full card number or banking details. We only receive the information needed to confirm your purchase and grant access, such as a transaction reference, subscription status, and entitlement level. Payment processors handle your card data according to their own standards (PCI-DSS) and their own privacy policies.
The App lets you optionally connect Google Drive, Dropbox, or iCloud to back up or transfer your own learning content. These connections are opt-in and initiated by you. When you connect a service:
Certain features (such as shadow-speaking practice) record audio from your microphone. This recording is used to provide feedback, and may be sent to our server and/or an AI transcription provider (for example, OpenAI Whisper) to generate a transcript or assessment. The recording and any generated text are associated with your account so you can review your practice history.
The App relies on third-party services that may collect information as described in their own policies:

Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer be linked to you may be used for analytics and improvement.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's features. Account data and learning history are retained until you delete your account or request deletion. Transaction and entitlement records are kept as needed for accounting and legal requirements. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 11).
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transit (HTTPS) and access controls on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
SoundDash is a general-purpose language-learning app and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
